Sergeant Barney

They stared at Barney like he was an alien.  Smokey practically had steam coming from her nose and well, you kitties know Barney.  He's afraid of his own shadow.  I don't think he could believe he actually said that!  Well the Mayor was just a little indignant by the whole thing!  I had to tell him to quit twitching the whiskers!  That's when he wanted to know if I had any bright ideas and that's when I answered that I had a purr-fect idea!
