A Yowling Mayor

What did the Mayor do???

He yowled and screeched.  Who was he yowling at?  Well, as the boat with the little kitty thieves sailed away (well it didn't really sale but you get what I mean), he was yelling at Boomer.  Why?  If you remember correctly, you know that he said that he had the magic trout.  He wanted to know why he thought he had the trout and when Boomer tried to answer he just kept going on and on.  Then he yowled at me about how Freddie and Eddie managed to get off the island in one big wave.  Well, I didn't take to that to well- so I gave him the paw and the next thing you know a lot of fur was flying!
