Trouties!
It was the Trouties! It was a jolly group of Trouties. They looked like they had been enjoying themselves on the water for awhile. They had a big boat with a major sound system. It sounded like Bon Jovi was playing and there was a lot of paw banging and fishiness in the air. 'Heh your guys!' yelled the Mayor, 'we gots trout!'
