Trouble At Home

Why was I growling?  Why?

Here Twiggy (she's the elderly cat in our house) called to say that she heard there's some nutty human going around shooting horses.  It started with a pony and keeps getting worse!  We just had to go home and investigate.  There's no way that we couldn't. 

And before we go further, Twiggy doesn't travel bepaws she's old and she really doesn't feel like doing it which is okay.  She's great though at keeping us informed of the news over the meow-wire.  Anyway, this is a developing situation (as you humans like to say) so lots of details are coming.
