Beach Bums

            Meeeow everybody- sorry I haven’t pawed out anything but meeee-ow everybody is still mad about the contest.  Do you want to know how mad the Mayor was?  Well, that’s stupid for me to meow out- of course you don’t know.  He was so mad that he swore that he was going to sue somebody, a cat, their human.  It didn’t matter- he wanted to sue!

            Personally, I didn’t know what good that would do but meeee-ow that was okay.  But we’re all kind of at a paw-still right now.  What were we going to do?  We were all ready for this hardcore competition and that was over faster than whiskers could twitch.  Now, all of us were baking in the sand and meeee-yowl I was starting to get a sunburn.  Barney was funny he seemed to be turning a nice toasty brown.  If he kept hanging in that sun, I wouldn’t recognize him. 

            Well, like I said, we’re all on the beach except for the Mayor who was still off threatening lawsuits.  The weirdest thing happened while we were laying there and then a couple of black kitties came up to us and said, “Are you cats the ones who caught the dogfighters?”
