A Buttery Trout

            It’s all about da surfing.

            Do you realize how many cats are obsessed with surfing down here??? 

            Obviously, we weren’t the only ones that wanted to win this contest and to tell you the truth, I had a feeling that rotten tomcat that Barney, Smokey, Baby and I always ran into was here somewhere.  I don’t know why I felt that way, maybe it was how my whiskers were twitching…oh meeeee-yowl.

            Did I mention that in the last 24 hours that that Barney and Boomer hurt themselves while surfing?  Barney did something weird to his tail and Boomer twisted his paw.  To tell you the truth, Boomer didn’t actually care that much.  He wanted to go back to cooking.  He just bought a couple of recipe books a couple of days ago on the beach and he found a lot of great recipes for trout and catnip.  As a matter of fact, I never thought there were so many recipes  for trout.  My mouth watered after I just looked at the cover!

            As a matter of fact, I have to give Boomer some props.  Dat kitty is one amazing cook-meeeeeeow.  What I like too is that when he cooks, he wears a really funny big hat.  It’s white like the chef’s hats on tv but his ears can poke through.  I’d love to get a photo and put it on here but he won’t let me.  Maybe it’s bepaws he’s camera shy.

            I’m seriously starting to wonder if I could use Boomer and all those yummy trout recipes to distract the other cats and win that contest.Meeee-hmmmmm….

            I’ll give you a meow if that idea works.
