Scared of the FBI?

We were scared when we heard that.  The FBI?  The FBI?  We heard all about the FBI from Mum.  They're those humans that catch the bad guys and they have this list they work from.  How did we get on the list?  But Barney, after teasing us for awhile, finally let it out that it was the Feline Bureau of Investigation.  Meeee-ow.  Now, this could be very purry...however, it does need researched a little more.
