A Bright Zoo

It was amazing how much this zoo was lit up.  I even looked down towards those cranky snow leopards and saw that there were nice, twinkling lights coming from there and that was meowy cool in my book.  Now, we got to the lions' home with no problem and guess what there were leopards there visiting!  I didn't get it but as the elephants kept trumpeting Christmas songs it sunk into my furry head how jolly this place was.  All were visiting with each other and my ears perked up suddenly, when I heard the Trout Sheriff mention 'burds.'

"I better nots see burds," he said.  "No burd better bees around here."

I was getting ready to get into this meowy debate with him since all of the kitties were off in a little group while the big cats visited but I was stopped by a big leopard giving us the sniff!!!
